For users of Microsoft Windows, please run FN311FLC.EXE
directly. It will search the Router on your LAN and ask
you to type system password. Just type in the password
and click "Upgrade" button. It takes about 30 seconds
to finish the whole procedure.

For users of other platforms, please refer Section D for
platform-independent upgrade.

Section B. WARNING MESSAGE

The files will upgrade the firmware of your Cable/DSL
Router to version R3.11FLC.

1. NOTE! DO NOT POWER OFF THE UNIT WHEN THE UNIT IS BEING
   UPGRADED, OR THE UNIT MAY BE DAMAGED.

2. The configuration will not be changed. You need not
   configure it again.

Section D. Platform-independent Firmware Upgrade
************************************************

* WEB UPGRADE :

Please follow steps below to upgrade:

1. Go to the Asante Web site to download firmware image file,
   FN311FLC.BIN. Remember the location you save this file.

2. Connect the Web user interface and login as system
   administrator.

3. Click the "Firmware Upgrade" button of  "Advanced" page.
   And the "Firmware Upgrade" screen will appear.

4. Enter the location of the previously downloaded file in
   the text box, or click "Browse" button to search for the
   file. And then click "Upgrade" button.
