Thanks for all your help on this. You guys have been very helpful. I had to reset the Voyager to default condition since I was afraid I changed something I shouldn't have while trying to get access to it. So now I have to set the camera up with my network tomorrow again.

The whatismyip link showed me an IP that doesn't show up in my Airport summary page. Makes me wonder if I have a dynamic IP. But I still have to give this new IP a try once I get the camera set up again.

My set up is: the city of Minneapolis has city wide WiFi and I have an antenna connected to a modem that is connected directly to my Airport over Ethernet.

Again thanks for your patience and help while I'm trying to get this working.. You guys have a great product and excellent customer service.

Sir: I love my Asante camera. I like it so much that I bought two more. They are great cameras. My question or problem is ... Can anyone at Asante tell me If I can put these other two camera on my Dyndns Domain name. The first one is working fine with my Dyndns domain name.

Just picked up a Voyager I and love it so much I bought another the same day. Great job on this product!

I have a suggestion / feature request. The image, especially at night and with things like slow shutter has quite a bit of noise in it. This is understandable but with all the features that exist on the Voyager I it is clear that it has quite a bit of processing power.

I was curious if it was fast enough olto do simplistic noise reduction to reduce the graininess on the images. If not in realtime for the MPEG4 streams perhaps it can be done for the slower MJPEG images? Anyway, just a though and suggestion! It's something that could really set this product WAY ahead while maintaining the same price (not having to use more expensive sensors) but have better image quality.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I have been asking you to upgrade the firmware on the Voyager I camera so it could send scheduled snapshots. I downloaded the latest firmware, V 2.06, and installed it. My camera now sends the email and ftp images I have been asking for. The setup is a bit unusual and it took me a while to figure it out, but it works. I did find out that I couldn't just enter the event, I had to use the wizard to make it work. I don't know if that is the way it works, maybe I was doing something wrong by entering the setup data without using the wizard. Some of the error messages are improper English, but I still understood what they meant. Again, thank you for making this upgrade. I will be sure to post a rating on Neweggs's customer evaluations and it will be a high rating.
