Step1: Recording your TCP/IP Settings

Note: Due to the difference in Linux distributions, we cannot provide explicit steps toward gathering the information for your computer.

1. Run ipconfig
2. Write down all of your current settings
3. Examine /etc/sysconfig/network. Record all settings.
4. Examine /etc/resolv.conf. Record all settings.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 for all other Linux systems you wish to connect to the router.
