All new Asante products are covered with a complete ownership package that includes product warranty, firmware updates and technical support.

FriendlyNET Products:   GigaNIX adapters: 5 years
Most others (sold after February 1, 2002): 2 years
IntraCore Products:   IC36000 Series: 3 years (excluding power supplies and fans), 1 year support and firmware updates
IC3500, IC35160, IC35516 Series: 3 years (excluding power supplies and fans)
GBIC and SFP MiniGBIC modules: 2 years
Automated Support:   24/7 via Asante website and ftp
Personalized Support:   Telephone, web, email and FAX during normal Asante business hours (Mountain Standard Time)
Outside North America: See your local distributor or reseller
Scope:   Hardware installation. Technical Support (fact finding and analysis) with suggestions for workaround
Software/Firmware:   Includes bug fixes
Additional charge for new features or enhancements (including new operating system support)
